基板存放與儲(chǔ)存
■基板平放在干燥環(huán)境中.
■內(nèi)層芯板棕化或黑化處理后如果在 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)未進(jìn)行壓合需在 100-120℃條件下最小烘烤 1 小時(shí)才能進(jìn)入下工序.
Laminate Handling and Storage
■Laminate should be stored in a dry environment and always stored flat.
■Inner layers should be baked for at least 1 hour 100-120℃,if inner layers are not used within 24 hours after black or
brown oxides treatment.
